The judging panel was equally impressive, featuring the likes of Prue Leith from Bake Off and Chef Monica Galetti. They were joined by content creator Seema Pankhania and Lorraine Copes, Founder of Be Inclusive Hospitality.

London:
Brorritos, Eltham

This Mexican-inspired kitchen was set up in 2020 by two friends who had been 'experimenting in their uni kitchen' and 'watching burrito-wrapping tutorials online'. Their menu includes Beef Birria Tacos, Loaded Fries, a Cauli Popper Broritto, and Classic Churros.

Brack Burger, Newcastle

Brack Burger in Newcastle serves up mouth-watering options like the BBQ Boss burger, the Halloumi Heaven burger, and a bacon double burger served with peanut butter.

This Bristol-based eatery, unsurprisingly, sells sandwiches. They opened in 2010 as Cothan Sandwich Co before rebranding to Sandwich Sandwich two years later.

PICNIC in Liverpool serves sandwiches and juices, and it's the top prize winner in the North-West.
